HealthCare Programme

HELP VEGA BAJA is pleased to announce that following the success of the members benefit scheme introduced in May 2010, which offered members Nursing Care in the home on discharge from hospital, the scheme is to be expanded to include End of Life Care as of 1^st November 2010.

This expanded programme is to be known as the HELPCARE Programme.

These programmes have been developed in conjunction with Care 4 You in Spain, a leading provider of nursing services on the Costa Blanca for many years.

It should be noted that the intention of the HELPCARE Programme is to supplement the services available from the Spanish Health Services and not replace them.

These Member benefits, which are only available through the San Miguel office or Emergency HELP line are:

Scheme 1            Nursing Care in the home immediately following discharge from hospital

Scheme 2            End of Life Care

These benefits are only available to current Members of HELP Vega Baja who have a continuous membership of at least six months.

Whilst it is the intention of HELP Vega Baja to maintain member benefits, the Association reserves the right to withdraw any member benefit at their discretion if deemed necessary by the committee.
