    AID FOR SMEs, EMPLOYEES AND THE SELF-EMPLOYED From Monday, February 22 to Friday, March 12, the period for requesting aid from the “Plan Resistir” will be open, with an allocation of € 3,457,657. We have created the website https://www.ahoratorrevieja.es in which you will find all the available aids and the documentation to present. An information and citizen service office has been set up in the La Plasa building at the corner of Joaquín Chapaprieta street, to attend to all doubts and needs and to inform about existing aid.     The aid amounts to 600 euros in the case of full-time contracts and 300 euros in the case of part-time contracts for each worker registered with a labor contract (with a limit of 12,000 euros for each account of contribution of the company or self-employed person that belongs to the supported sectors). For self-employed persons without workers in their charge, the aid will amount to 600 euros.

    The deadline to apply for the grants will begin at 9 a.m. on February 4, 2021 and will end at 11:59 p.m. on February 17, 2021.

    In order to meet the requests, the applications will be dealt with in two phases. The first one, which must be accessed through the website and  It will only be necessary to identify yourself (CIF of the company and NIF or NIE of the self-employed person) and give contact information (address email, contact phone number).

    With this information, a record will be created and the system will inform the user of the date and time slot assigned to carry out the second part of the procedure , which will be the presentation of the application. In this phase, it is necessary to have an electronic signature.

    ERTE extended until May 31st 2021

    The Government agree to extend the #ERTE (Furlough scheme in Spain) until May 31st. This is the third extension reached by consensus to provide protection to workers and companies facing the exceptional circumstances that are occurring due to the pandemic.

    The flexibility of the current model is maintained and processing is simplified.

    In addition, the Executive has also reached an agreement with the main associations involved with those that are self-employed. The objective is to guarantee until May 31st the aid in place, to alleviate the effects of #COVID19.
